TEM Group was founded with a simple idea: transportation solutions should be practical, technically rigorous, and grounded in real-world experience. Our firm was created to bridge the gap between planning concepts and on-the-ground implementation—helping communities, agencies, and private clients move projects forward efficiently while improving safety, mobility, and overall system performance.
Our team brings more than 30 years of combined experience in transportation planning, traffic engineering and operations, signal design, and roadway design. We have worked across a wide range of project types, from small-scale site access and operational studies to corridor-level planning efforts and complex multimodal transportation analyses. This depth of experience allows us to understand not only how transportation systems are designed, but how they actually operate in the field.
TEM Group provides integrated transportation planning and traffic engineering services, supporting projects from early feasibility and concept development through final design and implementation.
